It is with a heavy heart that the following shows at Holden Street Theatres have been postponed due to COVID-19 concerns:

'Charlie Brown' & 'Into the Woods' presented by Shane Davidson Presents

'Blue Stockings' presented by Red Phoenix Theatre

'The Laramie Project' presented by Red Phoenix Theatre will be performed in October.

Before requesting a refund please consider the artists and if you can keep you ticket. This will be grately appreciated by the artist, venue and arts industry during these uncertain times.

Do you need a safe rehearsal space during isolation?

At Holden Street Theatres we are doing what we can to ensure the Arts Industry comes out of this crisis stronger than ever.

So to help you continue creating, we are offering our venue spaces at no charge. If you can, we would appreciate $10 or a donation for maintenance, but understand times are tough. Social distancing regulations must be adhered to at all times in the venue to keep our community safe.

  • Congratulations to our amazing winners at the final Fringe 2020 awards. Sh!t Theatre Drink Rum with Expats took home three awards including Adelaide Critics' Circle, Bank SA Best Theatre and Sunday Mail Best Theatre Show while Kafka's Ape nabbed the Graham F. Smith Peace Foundation Award and The Final Hours Hour won the Hong Kong Tour Ready Award!
  • It's week four awards! Congratulations to Tartuffe for nabbing the Adelaide Critics Circle Award while The Wild Unfeeling World took home the Bank SA Best Theatre!
  • And the awards just keep coming, congratulations to The Nights by Henry Naylor for taking out the Week Three Adelaide Critics' Circle while Kafka's Ape took home the BankSA Best Theatre!
  • Our First Award Winners are in, congratulations to Sh!t Theatre Drink Rum with Expats for taking out the Week One Adelaide Critics' Circle Award.
